    The Challenge

    Healthcare institutions faced a severe staff shortage and an expensive, slow traditional recruitment cycle. There was untapped potential among motivated job seekers without healthcare qualifications.

    The Solution

    Commissioned by the founders, I built a fully digital ecosystem: a website combined with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) where vacancies and candidates are managed through a central dashboard.

    Technical Implementation

    The platform combines a learning journey with a matching service:

    Intake & Screening

    An automated system for digital intake, motivation check, and initial matching based on suitability.

    A digital platform with practice-oriented content and progress tracking to deliver essential knowledge and skills for immediate deployment.

    A dashboard for healthcare institutions to review and match candidates with open positions or internships, including tracking of placement success.
