Information you share with us
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, enquiry topic and message. We use these details to answer your question and discuss access or integration. Please do not include API keys, confidential customer content or sensitive personal information.
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering a contract, or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.
Website operation and analytics
Technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, may be processed by our hosting providers to deliver and protect the website. Our legitimate interests are maintaining a functioning website and understanding its use.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page-usage statistics. Vercel describes its analytics as using a request-derived hash rather than third-party cookies for visitor identification. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation.
The site remembers your light or dark appearance preference in browser storage. See our cookie and storage notice.
Service providers
Contact messages are passed through Supabase to our email delivery service, Resend. Vercel supplies website hosting and analytics. The website also requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them.
These services have their own processing locations and policies. Dutch model hosting does not mean that all marketing-site or email data stays in the Netherlands. Contact us for details relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
Business correspondence is retained for handling your enquiry, any resulting relationship, and applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. The relevant period depends on the purpose and type of record. Contact us for the retention details applicable to your correspondence.
Your appearance preference stays in your browser until you replace it or clear site storage.
Inference and customer data
This website notice does not define retention or training policies for API prompts and responses. Those processing details, including logging, subprocessors and any required data-processing agreement, should be established for your service before you submit personal or confidential data.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it.

We update this notice when our website or processing practices change. The date above identifies this version.
