OxVillage and its services
OxVillage provides access to open-model inference for platforms and developers. Model availability, account access, capacity and supported features depend on the service configuration made available to you.
A marketing description does not by itself establish reserved capacity, an uptime commitment or a response-time guarantee. Any such commitments must be agreed in your service terms.
Account and API access
You must provide accurate account information, have authority to act for your organisation and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for requests made with your credentials and for managing access within your application. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.
Usage and pricing
The inference page describes model rates per million tokens. Your applicable rates, payment arrangements, usage limits and any capacity commitments are those agreed when access is provided or in your service agreement.
Check your configuration and applicable rates before sending requests. A model change may affect both behaviour and cost.
Your inputs and outputs
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit inputs, including any personal data. You retain your rights in your inputs. You authorise processing of those inputs as needed to provide the requested service, subject to the applicable processing agreement.
Model outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular use. Review them before relying on them or presenting them to others. Use of model outputs may also be subject to applicable model licences and third-party rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to violate the law or others’ rights, compromise systems, bypass access controls, interfere with other customers or evade agreed usage limits. You are responsible for how your application and its users use the service.
Privacy and processing arrangements
Our privacy notice explains marketing-site and enquiry data. Processing terms for API traffic, including retention, logging and subprocessors, must be established for your workload before submitting personal or confidential data.
Availability and suspension
Unless separately agreed, services are provided on an “as available” basis. We may restrict access to address misuse, security incidents, unpaid charges or a breach of the applicable terms. Model and service changes may require you to update your integration.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, OxVillage is not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, resulting from use of the service. Unless separately agreed, total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or €100, whichever is greater. These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Applicable law and changes
Dutch law applies, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands unless otherwise required by law or agreed in your contract.
We may update these terms. Changes to an existing service agreement remain subject to that agreement and applicable law.
